How To Take Your Facial Photos
- Remove glasses before taking the photos
- If you would like use to put glasses on your avatar replace your glasses and take and extra shot.
- Stand in a well-lit location preferably with good natural light or white lighting , use extra lights if needs to help create the best results!
- Avoid and shadows on the face or yellow lighting because the reflections may give it a shiny or darker impression.
- Take the image similar to a passport photo, Head and shoulders only.
- Be relaxed and look natural, do not open your eyes too much or too little.
- Keep a straight face, avoid smiling, we can make you smile later!
- If you have long hair please pull it back and up, off the face and ears if possible (tie it up in a pony tail!
- The higher the resolution of the photo will deliver the best results.

How far camera away from me?
Stand approximately 2 metres away from the camera or until your full body in visible in the viewer.
Where should the camera be?
Place the camera / smartphone on a table in a vertical position with the camera facing towards the subject.
What should I wear?
Wear normal body forming clothing such as skinny jeans and a fitted t shirt. Stand in front of a light or contrasting background if your clothes are white and ensure the lighting around you is adequate.
Avatar Body Resemblance
To create your free avatar body resemblance please follow the instructions below:
1. Wear normal body forming clothing such as skinny jeans and a fitted t shirt!
2. Stand in front of a light or contrasting background if your clothes are white and ensure the lighting around you is adequate!
3. Place the phone or device vertically on a flat surface such as a table (Around hip level) with the full body interview or have a friend operate the device for you. Note: it’s important to have the phone at table height; not taken from your own eye level!
4. Stand with your legs and arms slightly open, when ready, start the camera and spin around once in approximately 10 seconds! Click here to view instructional video
5. Once complete stop the video, check the recorded image then upload your video by clicking on the following link:

Premium Avatar Body Resemblance
Please follow our instructions below:
1. Find an open blank background such as a wall or smooth fabric with no pattern (if wall is black, please wear white)
2. Background shouldn’t be transparent nor blurred! Try not to have any light reflecting off in the images
3. The photographer will be the only one moving…When shooting, sit or stand as stable as possible. (Using a higher resolution smart phone camera would be ideal)
4. Do not close your eyes or move too much as that may cause the proportions to be off!
5. This photo shoot only requires 3 facial shots and one full frontal shot as per the illustrations above.
6. Once completed upload your photos into here.
