Threedeemee Limited who are creating an app to enable customers to see themselves dressed in their chosen apparel as an avatar from any camera device such as a smartphone or tablet. Specifically, the intent is to match the avatar in the customers own image, with their exact physical dimensions, per the retailers manufactured garment size. Customers will be able to share their dressed avatars with family and friends using existing social media platforms such as; Line, WhatsApp, to gain feedback from family and friends before purchasing garments. The creation of this platform is anticipated to vastly improve the online shopping experience, increase sales and perhaps, most important of all, reduce product returns. Purchasing, delivery and if required return of products sold will be integrated into the existing retailers’ processes. The intent is to offer this App free of charge to clients for a basic resemblance while an option of buying a premium Avatar in a person’s own image is anticipated to be between £165 to £365 depending on the quality of texturing.
